Legal Counsel Precision Diagnosis

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide legal support that requires an ability to work collaboratively and globally within the Legal Function and with one of the major Precision Diagnosis business stakeholders who focus on new product innovations and solutions, procurement, and clinical marketing and research projects.

You are responsible for

  • Offering legal advice to your Precision Diagnosis businesses on the full scope of their activities; including development of new business models for products and solutions, procurement, marketing, research and development activities, as well as various compliance areas of growing importance including cybersecurity, quality and regulatory, privacy and Healthcare compliance.

  • Creating templates and negotiating agreements.

You are a part of
You will be part of the Precision Diagnosis Legal team, and will closely collaborate with other businesses, markets and functions globally.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified lawyer who has a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience within a legal role.

  • Experience providing successful commercial and transactional support (including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts as well as coordinating the legal and general support).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity, quality and regulatory (EU MDR), privacy and Healthcare compliance.

  • Strategic thinker who can provide added value through efficiency and good business sense.

  • Troubleshooting and solution-building skills.

  • Persuasive presentation and counseling skills.

  • Excellent client management and communication skills in English, ability to communicate in Dutch is a plus.

  • Occasional travel to consult with internal or external customers.
