Brand Campaign Manager, Europe


Ring is looking for an experienced multi-market, multi-channel marketing manager with a proven track record of leading the strategy, planning and execution of European brand campaigns. You will be responsible for managing all of our traditional media channels (TV, radio, Out-of-home) across Europe and will influence branding and growth KPI's to drive Ring’s long-term success in the smart home security category.

A day in the life
You will collaborate with various central marketing teams in Amsterdam (Performance, Analytics, Retention, Production, Communications) to craft a compelling communications proposition and create best in class messaging for Ring. You will also play an essential role in furthering our brand growth in key European marketplaces.

Job responsibilities
· Own the brand media strategy, including planning and execution across TV, radio and OOH
· Deliver data driven analysis and marketing objectives, while continually optimising performance on ad spend and branding KPIs
· Manage and collaborate with multiple media agencies to continually improve performance (GRP, frequency, targeting, measurement, testing, reporting etc.)
· Coordinate paid media campaign development and execution in collaboration with creative, content, and digital marketing teams
· Ensure content and campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals, while delivering an engaging and authentic brand experience
· Work closely with other channel marketing managers, analysts, content and production teams to develop compelling messaging for the upper funnel of the customer journey
· Onboard and activate new traditional channels, based on goals and maturity of the investment


· 5+ years offline media experience, preferably in-house brand ownership
· Experience managing campaigns and localising strategies across multiple countries
· Experience managing multiple agency partners - relationship and finance management
· Strong understanding of branding and demand generation
· Exposure to digital campaigns and understanding the latest digital marketing trends
· Proven track record of using marketing to drive business impact
· Strong stakeholder management skills, with colleagues locally and globally

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
· Experience working in an international tech startup/ scaleup environment
