The EU Sleep Business Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute the Europe Market “Go to Market” approach for the portfolio, the associated products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets’ Business and overall Marketing strategy, works with the Clusters and Businesses to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches. The BMM supports the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the Business, especially around the Marketing enablers and metrics. Supports and coaches the Modality Sales Specialists and Category Managers in Europe Market and ensures the Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.
This position can be based in The Netherlands or any Europe Market location
You are responsible for:
Marketing Plan and Execution
Supporting the Head of Marketing in creating the SRC Marketing Plan for Europe Market by providing Audience and Business specific insights and the Europe global Portfolio and Business Strategy
Driving the Audience and Business specific execution of the SRC Marketing Plan and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans
Supporting the Business Marketing & Sales Leader SRC in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions) around the marketing enablers and marketing metrics
Providing Market and Customer Insights and Trends tothe Business.
Business Performance Management including P&L delivery and pricing of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services
Strategy and Portfolio Management
Supporting the Business by providing Europe Market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Europe MarketLocal Launch Brief)
Liaising with Global, influencing, and developing one Europe Marketportfolio and strategy
Responsible for forming the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch
Responsible for driving Europe Marketproduct launches in line with theEurope Marketglobal strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy
