As a Customer Service Agent at Eurail you will help customers make their European train journey go as smoothly as possible. You have the option to work all the hours from home or if you want from their headoffice at Utrecht Central Station.

Eurail.com offers pre and after sales customer service, but also train reservations to customers travelling across Europe. You will join our team of 50 agents, who together speak 10 different languages and come from 13 different countries, and help us delivering the best customer service. Where you work? It's up to you: you can work all the hours from home but you're also welcome to work at their head office in Utrecht. The two weeks training will start on monday the 15th of November. In those two weeks you have to be available for around 2-24 hours: to follow the training on Monday and Tuesday at the office and the rest of the hours on a flexible base from home.
You will be responsible for answering customers’ questions through email, Facebook Messenger and Twitter. Therefore it is in important that you have excellent writing skills and you are able to switch and work with different (social media) chat applications.
As our team works with shifts, you will receive your planning on a weekly basis. Depending on the number of requests we receive from our customers, you will work an average of 16 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends.
