Key responsibilities for the role:

  • You will be point of contact for managers about all HR aspects
  • Guide managers on all areas of HR policies and procedures, help them understand how they are applied within the business.
  • Build relationships with partners and manage a flawless HR process with the HR Administration team (BPO) and C&B team. Make sure information and data is available.
  • Provide comprehensive expertise and interpretation of HR related policies and procedures to (international) HR team, employees and managers
  • Managing expectations and supporting HR projects on time and within budget; both in the annual cycles as on an ad-hoc basis.

To be successful in the role:

  • Degree in Personeel & Arbeid or relevant area
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge on HR instruments
  • Extent communication and adaptation skills
  • Resilient and able to deal with stress
  • Well-developed organization sensitivity in an international matrix organization
  • Stakeholder management skills, adaptable to various situations.
  • Proficient both in Dutch and English
