Lead Business Process Expert Software & Solutions (Integrated Supply Chain)

Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead, drive and support your team of BPE's to continuously improve, develop, implement the Business Process Framework for Order2Fulfilment (Software & Solutions) and the integration of these processes in the Supply Chain.

You are responsible for
  • Definition of a process that represents voice of customer, business, markets, functions, countries, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

  • Definition of business & compliance requirements based on the Business Model & Winning Value Chain requirements to drive process standardization, simplification, and adoption/adherence, as well as process performance metrics and adoption/adherence KPI’s.

  • Prioritization of the design of the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF) processes (including resource allocation).

  • Designs the PEPF processes and ensures alignment with the underpinning IT applications including relevant process performance metrics & KPI’s.

You are a part of

Our Business Process Expert community, which plays a pivotal role to secure we all follow lean, standard processes to serve our customers with speed and excellence. You collaborate closely with the IT BAs, Scrum Masters, Subject Matter Experts and Business representatives to ensure the design is accurately reflected in the processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Management with specialization in Customer Excellence Design (with focus on intelligent products, systems, services, or related subjects).

  • Experienced Team Leader in supply chain management (hardware, software, and service) and its digital transformation in a company with a global footprint.

  • Knowledge and Experience in the field of Soft-, Service and Hardware delivery, Logistics, Order management, Quoting Solutions, Middle Office Orchestration (linking between front and back-office) and SAP ERP.

  • Decisive and self-initiating change Management skills, with additional continuous improvement subject area certifications (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Proficient in English both written and verbal.
