We are looking for someone with talent, drive, a sense of humour and a sparkling personality to join our team as assistant operations at our unique, designer hotel in Amsterdam.
Your mission should you choose to accept it…
You are involved in every aspect of the hotel operation together with the Hotel Manager and the Assistant Hotel Manager. You operate mainly in the lounge/reception area where you are open and available with a friendly smile to meet all the needs of students and hotel guests and the questions of random strangers. This goes way beyond old school reception duties: you and your team members are the hotel’s super-skilled hosts and responsible for optimal guest experience. You easily connect with our student guest and be the first point of contact.
You’re also great with organizing and handling admin stuff to make sure our Co-working Collab runs as smooth as silk by handling queries and provide info / showing people around Collab, handling reservations, dealing with mail and other daily admin stuff, arranging, organizing and managing meetings and ultimately assisting the Community Manager on daily operations duties.
In case you don’t know who we are:
TSH is a game-changer. Our unique hotel concept offers student accommodation as well as long and short stay options for students-at-heart, together with epic facilities and exciting co-working spaces. You can already find The Student Hotel in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain. Now, with newly-opened properties in Delft and Bologna, our unique hospitality concept is truly taking root in the heart of Europe.
Who you are:
What we offer:
We want you to be you. No uniform, tattoos are cool, your hairstyle is yours, not ours. Basically, we don’t want to change who you are because we think the best hospitality comes from people who can be themselves and show guests their personality. Our team is diverse, representing more than one nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, culture and personality type. That’s what makes our team so special.
