As an Employer Brand Specialist, you are part of our passionate Employer Branding (EB) team and a critical member of the Unilever Talent Partnering Team. Together with the team, you create, execute and evaluate our Employer Brand strategy for the Benelux. As Talent Partners we recruit the best possible talent, deliver great quality service to hiring managers, drive excellent candidate experiences and deliver a great integrated Recruitment experience to all Stakeholders. We are leveraging cutting-edge technology and processes.

In this role you will work closely with many internal and external stakeholders, like our Unilever Future Leaders who are recruiting ‘on campus’, the global and local Talent team, senior leaders, and a broad variety of external partners. You ensure we bring our Employer Value Proposition to live via relevant online and offline channels & touch points for our key talent communities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. All for the purpose of bringing the outside in and inside out and staying ahead of the curve as preferred Employer.

What will you be doing?

  • Define & execute our local Employer Brand strategy with the goal to strengthen our Employer Brand and drive talent attraction, focused on key talent target groups (digital, diverse, science talent) for our early careers and professional hires.

  • Coordinate all Employer Branding activities for the Benelux such as preparing for and organizing of all recruitment events; virtual, inhouse and external in close collaboration with campus recruiters and other involved colleagues.

  • Be the first point of contact for Employer Branding in the Netherlands and Belgium for business and HR colleagues, including giving proactive advice on labor market communication and briefings for keynote (recruitment)events

  • Work closely with our local Employer Branding squad (team) & global EB team, to drive and create (social media) campaigns, connect with external talent partners, manage internal and external events, lead our campus recruitment, and further build our employer brand to be 1st choice of employer.

  • We want to make sure our employees are just as diverse as our consumers. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are important values at Unilever, you’ll ensure that this is fully integrated in our Employer Branding strategy

  • Content creation and execution on all online channels;

  • Managing all external talent partnerships (networking, tracking service delivery and ROI)

  • Optimize processes in the candidate journey;journey.

  • Apply a data-driven approach; ROI analysis on social media and paid recruitment channels, leverage dashboards and Talent Insights to drive insights and decision making

  • Support in executing talent attraction strategies for recruitment priorities such as early careers (UFLP, internships), Digital Talent, Diverse Talent, and STEM talent

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably marketing, communications, HR

  • Strong affinity with Marketing

  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and tools is preferred

  • Knowledge of campus recruitment networks / organizations

  • Demonstrated Event Management

  • External Orientation in context of social trends and fast-changing market;

  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively;

  • Ability to work independently and organized as well as in a creative and collaborative team environment;

  • Good Stakeholder Management, Networking, Interpersonal, Customer Service and Communication skills;

  • Proven analytical skills

  • You get excited from translating the business needs to EB agenda and activities

  • You are creative in shaping content and events

  • Able and comfortable with maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines;

  • Fluency in English and Dutch;

  • Experience with Social Media and comfortable with learning and leveraging new technologies
