In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead technical escalations and training for Multivendor Services in Europe.
You are responsible for
Technical escalation support and leadership
Managing material consumption of local field service engineers
Being a thought leader in service productivity for Multivendor Services
Participating and helping to lead technical related discussions with customers
Being an influential and active participant with local Multivendor Sales teams
You are a part of
You will be a key leader within the global Multivendor Services organization. You will be an active voice in shaping the technical strategy for the Multivendor Business. You will have the opportunity to flex your entrepreneur skills.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
You should possess sufficient technical training that allows you to advise Tier 2 support engineers
Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office products
Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines for field service for medical devices
Experience in managing teams with a diverse cultural background
Proficiency in English required
