We're looking for a data driven junior Sales Analyst with a commercial mindset to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business insights. Are you able to translate what business users need and to proactively provide this across a range of stakeholders?


For this new important position in the growing IT team, you will support the commercial areas of the business in accessing and extracting the maximum value from the Group data. You translate business needs into data insights, process, automate and further drive the implementation of IT/data processes and applications that will improve the current ways of working across the Group. You facilitate the Commercial team to maximise their negotiation power and Group earnings potential.

The lean international team (15 people and growing) supports the global organization of around 50.000 employees, and you will regularly interact with your counterpart in each of the 27 Member organizations across the EMEA & CIS regions.

Day-to day responsibilities:

  • Support Development of Business Intelligence Solutions & IT Roadmap to drive business growth;
  • Support Data & Digital Collaboration with Suppliers;
  • Data Exchange Expertise.

Requirements

  • University or HBO degree in IT with a focus on data/financial analytical skills;
  • At least 2 years' experience in data analysis and relevant data modelling;
  • Outstanding skills in Excel, Power BI, & Power Query, plus relevant proven data modelling capabilities;
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Proven inter-personal skills and superb attention to detail;
  • A solution driven mind-set, supported by strong self-motivation.
  • You are committed, resilient, and ready to own your assignments end-to-end;
