One of Medtronic’s ambitions in the Commercial area is to provide a tailormade experience for all patient and customer journeys. This includes an “Omnichannel” experience, including eCommerce platforms for B2B as well as B2C, and delivering a consistent experience across the many channels a patient and customer use.

The Omnichannel experience extends to products in other areas like Healthcare Professional training, sales, marketing, and customer insights & analytics. All these information and technology products are captured in one IT department called Commercial Overlays. This department is responsible for co-creating products with stakeholders, through providing guidance and input to shape the Medtronic strategies, and advising on the most suitable solution for delivering a specific requirement.

After shaping the strategies and guiding the direction, the initiatives to deliver are implemented by collaborating with other teams to develop and deploy the solutions.

Medtronic’s B2B eCommerce platform(Connect.eStore) is a next generation Digital Commerce platform aimed at Medtronic’s customers including Healthcare Practitioners, Customer Procurement and Finance, and is enabled by Hybris/ Java. The Connect.eStore is part of the Omnichannel Remote & Customer Experience Team and offers a multitude of capabilities: ao self service capabilities like online ordering, order tracking, overview of all customer interactions with Medtronic, customer 360, trigger complaints, etc. The platform can be personalized to meet the individual customers’ needs and is a critical capability that we seek to differentiate us from our competitors.

Within this team we are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, who can play a critical role in shaping the direction in this area. Part of your role will be determining the most optimal solutions for customer requirements (internal & external), delivering reusable capabilities and integrations, leading change initiatives, coordinating software development, coordinating the integration activities and the testing efforts across the entire B2B landscape.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience as commercial facing business analyst using agile delivery frameworks

• B2B eCommerce Process knowledge

• Collaborative mindset (shaping, cocreating and agreeing on outcomes, uncovering business needs and objectives with key business stakeholders)

• Understanding of how Hybris eCommerce Suiteand SAP (ECC / S4HANA) play together from an OTC process and integration (API’s/ Webmethods) perspective

• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-energy and fast-paced environment

• Previous working experiences within Life Sciences environment and knowledge of Digital commerce

Nice to Haves

• Technical experience: Architecture experience, Java development experience, .net development experience and Hybris development experience

• Understanding of CRM, ERP systems and supply chain processes is preferred

• Good understanding of agile project management methodology

• At ease with matrix structure organization, in multicultural environment and in management level situations
