Functieomschrijving

For our IT & Process Solutions team within the Risk Assurance department, we are looking for ambitious colleagues. You will be part of a dynamic and international team with a passion for solving complex issues in the field of IT and business processes. You will work together with the client and have the opportunity to use your analytical and communicative skills to make a difference.

As an experienced Senior IT Auditor, you will be assessing and improving the business processes, information systems and risk management of our clients, many of whom are operating internationally. In doing so, you will not shy away from a challenge! You feel at home in this rapidly changing world, where new technologies open up entirely new applications and raise new, complex issues, both at our clients and internally at PwC.

What does the work involve?

You offer risk management advice at the interface of business and IT.

As an experienced Senior IT Auditor (Senior Associate), you are also responsible for the operational management of an audit or consulting team on constantly changing assignments. The clients you serve from the IT & Process solutions team include multinationals, retail, energy and telecom companies.

You are part of the IT Process & Solutions team, specialising in different types of client, and will work with colleagues in multidisciplinary project teams. You are involved in the IT audit at our clients. You do this both in the context of the annual accounts audit and for other purposes such as Third Party Assurance. You work at clients' premises, virtually from home or in the office. This makes the work varied and allows you to observe business processes in different organisations.

As an experienced colleague, you can work on the joint strategic themes that drive you while providing daily coaching to less experienced team members. You are in charge of your own agenda and can add further diversity to your work by, for example, providing training or workshops in the areas in which you want to progress. You are supervised by an experienced coach.

Who are you?

You are ambitious and attach great value to opportunities and your own development. You want to develop both professional and social skills and establish relationships. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

  • You have completed a university education and have preferably completed an RE, RC, RA or RO post-master or are following one of these post-masters;

  • You have more than two years of relevant work experience in the field of audit, controlling and/or risk management;

  • You have affinity with performing audit work on business processes and IT systems;

  • You like to work in a team on various project-based client assignments;

  • You have strong communication skills and have affinity with coaching;

  • You are curious about the digital and other developments in your field and driven to make a difference with your team;

  • You are capable of empathising with colleagues and stakeholders and appreciate what others bring to the table.

What are we offering?

When you join PwC, you can count on a wide range of assignments and clients and you will work with inspiring and experienced colleagues. We offer a comprehensive package of employee benefits designed to encourage your growth and a flexible work/life balance. You will receive an appropriate salary, a laptop, a company car and an iPhone and 32 days of holiday per year. In addition, we offer you a well-being budget. This is a personal budget of €1000 that you can spend on your health, such as mindfulness, sports, lifestyle coaching and wellness.

You will work in an organisation that takes its social responsibility seriously by pursuing Sustainable Development Goals, aims to be circular by 2030 and contributes to social entrepreneurship. You will be part of a dynamic, often multidisciplinary team in which the focus is on personal and professional growth.
At PwC, you're at the helm of your own career. Your work is very varied and depends on the assignment, the client, the specialists in the team and your own preferences. International assignments are also a possibility.

Take your future into your own hands and apply now!
