Management Assistant Amsterdam

Do you enjoy being the main contact, juggling many things at once and do you have a 'can do' attitude? We are looking for a Management Assistant for an international fashion & lifestyle brand. As the Management Assistant, youll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and you will be making sure that everything keeps moving seamlessly. No two days will be the same in this role! The MA's responsibilities primarily include administrative support, calendar management, preparing presentations and being an ambassador for the department. You will be supporting leadership team within the department. In addition, you will be managing special projects within the department and work together with the Executive Assistant supporting the EVP Omnichannel.

This role is for 20 hours a week with a preferable split of 5 days x 4 hours or 2.5 days x 8 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General support and calendar management for the Omnichannel Management Team;
  • Booking of travel and accommodations;
  • Setting up of video conferencing;
  • Ad hoc reporting;
  • Compiling and distributing meeting minutes;
  • Responsible for financial management such as expenses, invoices;
  • Internal and external stakeholder management for multiple departments within the organization;
  • Communication with agents, distributors, production suppliers & vendors.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications;
  • Experience in a similar position;
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in an international, fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in event management preferred;
  • Experience in budget management;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Dutch preferred;
  • A strong team player;
  • A hands-on, proactive, and flexible mindset;
  • Responsive, service minded, discreet and professional;
  • Organized, strong eye for detail and excellent time and project management skills.
