Role Description
Within the Customer Success Group, the Success 360 Methodology team is seeking a proven, self-starting senior member of the team who can work independently, as well as collaboratively, to evangelize, win support for, and help scale current and future Business Value products. The role will develop, launch, and scale the next generation of tools and applications that will enable our customers to realize the full potential of their investment in Salesforce and its ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define the requirements for standard frameworks, processes, and tools to identify and measure business value
  • Gather, synthesize and publish best practices for measuring the business impact of Salesforce products and services
  • Manage the development lifecycle of Business Value deliverables (e.g., templates, presentations, examples, etc.)
  • Collaborate with technology, enablement, and customer success teams on the development, rollout, and adoption of business value capabilities
  • Become a subject matter expert and main point of contact on business value, providing support and gathering feedback

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience either as a management consultant or in a customer success role
  • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to express ideas and facilitate meaningful conversations through slide presentations
  • Solid problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to bring structure to complex problems and develop solutions
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy
