Senior Business Program Manager

The Commerce and Ecosystem division (C+E) in the Cloud & AI group powers commerce for Microsoft’s key businesses like Azure, Office 365 & Dynamics 365. The New Commerce Acceleration team within this group is a great place to grow your career while working on initiatives that deliver compelling value to Microsoft’s Commerce Ecosystem by helping build the Commerce Platform of the Future for our customers through gathering unique insights from our Sellers, Customers and working with internal Microsoft teams to help drive for better experiences.

This New Commerce Acceleration senior business program manager role has responsibility for driving success with our Enterprise sellers in landing the customer value of the new commerce experience under the Microsoft Customer Agreement. In this role, you will be a self-starter with executive presence that can strategize, influence and land success stories for our New Commerce Platform. This role is created to support the international team through strong relationship building with multiple markets and understanding their seller and customer journeys through our platform. You will be required to drive cross organizational collaboration, focusing on making an impact and achieving more together for our group.


  • Plan and strategize engagement programs for the international markets whilst building on our brand for New Commerce Acceleration.
  • Evangelize the New Commerce value proposition while landing unique insights with every field and/or customer engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to set the vision, drive alignment across groups, and execute on the plan to drive acceleration and growth in our New Commerce platform
  • Manage and deliver programs supporting our sellers and top strategic customers to close New Commerce deals.
  • Drive future experiences impacted by policy, process, platform, and readiness into actionable deliverables with our key partners.
  • Identify new programs that will drive further opportunities in our team goals.
  • Understand and know our data, build on it, deliver it in meaning stories!
  • Actively seek and create opportunities for synergies across CCEE organizational teams to drive successful impact.
  • Acts as a thought leader in driving consistency in processes to align with defined policies and procedures to meet performance expectations for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Manage change across multiple stakeholders where required to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Support NCA leadership team in achieving Objectives and Key Results on an ongoing basis.
  • Support NCA leadership ROB for MBR, Quarterly updates, Newsletters etc with inputs and outputs.
  • Be a great partner and accomplish great CSAT from our sellers and customers.


Required Qualifications & preferred skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related qualification.
  • 8+ years program management experience in a product/commerce team understanding customer needs and turning that into experiences that will create value.
  • Fluency in 2 or more European languages.
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams.
  • Sales focused, comfortable in sales discussions, customer facing discussions.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging up and down the management chain.
  • Self-motivated leader with the ability to influence and drive strategy across teams.
  • Demonstrates innovation and vision- can illustrate a roadmap to get there.
  • Work in a fast passed environment with team and external stakeholders. Show up and lean in when required!
