As a Communications Manager you will be:
A trusted advisor for Communications who is charged with advancing and protecting the image and reputation of Microsoft and helping to meet the Corporate and Business objectives. You will collaborate across local/area/corp teams to develop stories in fresh ways to generate positive perceptions towards Microsoft, as well as manage issues towards a positive/neutral outcome. Enhance Microsoft’s thought leadership, trust and innovation through campaigns while generating momentum for Microsoft’s commercial and consumer offerings. You will expand the listening audience by broadening the media and influencer mix, while leveraging owned channels and earned media in creative ways. You will thrive in global storytelling opportunities by using data and insights, which feature local customers. You will collaborate internally with key stakeholders and senior leaders to drive communications to employees aligned to the strategic priorities for company-wide employee goals.Responsibilities
