The SMB Customer Programs Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a customer acquisition strategy at scale, identify growth opportunities, and own and drive integrated cross engine planning and execution of prioritized sales plays/GTM with emphasis on Surface commercial hardware and Security Solutions for SMB segment. This role will demonstrate a customer obsessed mindset, advocating for SMB customers in the United States Subsidiary and will leverage local SMB market insights to deliver relevant and compelling customer value propositions that resonate with the needs of SMBs resulting in long-term value/success.
