This position plays a critical role looking across strategic initiatives in MCAPS with key partners including Financial Controllers across the world, Corporate Engineering Groups, Procurement, and other WW stakeholders. through key financial rhythms (Budget, Forecast, Close). This individual provides crisp, timely actionable insights for senior leadership team, drives strategic decision support and identify areas of opportunities in simplification and standardization in the Company and Regions.Responsibilities
A subject matter expert for External Resources, and Partners Incentives management. This position is expected to contribute to the thought leadership of the community in spearheading and landing strategic initiatives and controls in Field and be the voice of regions where influencing change is needed.
Trusted Advisor who builds partnerships across the Regions, Commercial Business partners and Engineering Groups to deliver actionable insights, accurately forecast future results and influence decision makers on timely basis to optimize spend and fuel sustainable revenue growth for the Company.
Deliver actionable insights for the Close Meeting, Quarterly CFO Review and Preview, QBC, and other MCAPS SLT Meetings.
Responsible to lead the Rhythm of Finance discussions on External Resources and Partner Incentives topics with across A14 Regions. Ensure we have the right discussions and clearly understand the business insights.
Ensuring proactive Risk Management through internal controls and compliance
Collaborate with GPG, HR and other functions to streamline and simplified common processes and identify savings opportunity.Qualifications
