SMB Customer Program Manager - Vendor Tele

The SMB Customer Program Manager (CPM) Vendor Tele role is focused on leading and executing our vendor tele strategy through global vendors across ANZ. The focus of the role is to increase cloud customer adds and cloud revenue through Vendor Tele by driving execution of global SMB sales plays at scale in collaboration with the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) and Marketing & Operations (M&O) engines. You will work with the vendor to plan and manage campaigns with existing customers for up-sell/cross-sell via customer lifecycle management (CLM) triggers (Renew & Expand, Optimize & Prepare, and Licensing Augmentation) as well as create promotional campaigns to drive similar outcomes.

You will lead a v-team of key business partners from tele vendors, partner, marketing, and operations teams. As the leader of this v-team, you will drive alignment on the SMB Vendor Tele strategy and ensure always-on execution with the right level of investments to address SMB customer needs and accelerate their digital transformation.


The SMB CPM Vendor Tele core accountabilities include:

  • Lead `One SMB’ v-team to develop an aligned business plan by fiscal quarter with key sales plays for vendor tele identified and agreed
  • Secure and land global and local investments to fuel SMB vendor tele engine execution
  • Manage ongoing SMB rhythm of execution to drive acceleration or course correct with speed
  • SMB revenue, cloud usage/consumption and cloud mix
  • SMB new cloud customer acquisition and growth
  • SMB net satisfaction


To be successful, you must have strong sales leadership experience, a track record of strategy development/ orchestration, operationalizing strategy into sales programs and sales plays, sales appraisal and coaching, and worked with partners to develop campaigns and design channel experience. Experience in SMB and Vendor tele will be highly regarded
