The Windows Devices & App Experiences (DAX) team is part of the Windows + Devices (W+D) organization and is focused on building platforms and products that deliver magical experiences across Microsoft, empowering every person and organization to achieve more.
As a principal program manager on the DAX team, you will work in a cross-functional capacity to help bring the magic of Windows to our customers. We are looking for a strong product leader to create and implement a launch framework that supports the delivery of our customer obsessed, multi-year roadmap. This includes leading execution related mechanisms, writing executive communications, driving strategic business decisions to closure, and more. This position requires a critical thinker who is also technically adept and thrives on solving challenges in partnership with others. It also requires a leader who is comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and flexibility that is higher than many programs, as the candidate will need to continually identify opportunities, create alignment, and deliver impact for our customers, as well as proactively fill gaps (rather than relying on others).Responsibilities
