The Azure Customer Success and Growth marketing group’s mission is to help organizations realize business value from Azure quickly and regularly through a world-class customer experience in partnership with Azure engineering. Responsible for determining marketing strategy and investments to maximize customer satisfaction and accelerate customer lifetime value.

As customers move to cloud services the demand for skilled professionals has never been greater and we are looking for a passionate, results-driven product marketing manager to lead the marketing effort to grow our base and meet market demand.

As the Microsoft Skilling Product Marketing Manager for Partner and Scale, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing for our small and mid-sized businesses. This includes positioning and messaging geared to the audience, strategic programs, and go-to-market activities, working across a diverse set of teams including integrated marketing, engineering, product marketing, and our field sales force.


  • Create go to market plan for skilling our mid-sized and SMB customers
  • Define the customer experience that drives strong engagement with our learning assets while increasing the number of Azure certified professional
  • Become a subject matter expert on the industry, partner segment and needs of small and medium business partners, providing critical insights to our stakeholders to drive engagement and attainment of key targets
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing to land Azure Skilling across our digital channels
  • Partner with our worldwide field teams to land Azure Skilling across the audience segment
  • Partner with Worldwide Learning on content launch strategy
  • Define key success metrics and leading business reviews across stakeholders/leadership team


  • Strong customer centric mindset and demonstrated ability to put the customer first
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Recognized as a self-starter with a bias for action.
  • Creative problem solving skills and a growth mindset approach
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 6-8 years of relevant experience
