If you get energy when learning something new and complex, dealing with ambiguity, asking “why”, connecting dots and identifying insights, we want you to join our Partner Audit program within Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC).
The Partner Audit program audits channel partners and services suppliers to provide the company with input on individual channel partner compliance with key contractual requirements, however the primary objective of the program is to function as a component of Internal Audit’s third line of defense for sales deal execution and partner compliance by 1) providing broader insights on corruption, trade and data security-related compliance trends across partner types and geographies and 2) identifying Microsoft program and process improvements to strengthen the first and second lines of defense.
You will be responsible for developing and managing the Partner Audit plan for Asia and the Americas by engaging with regional and corporate stakeholders, providing oversight and guidance to the audit firms, communicating results to partners and internal stakeholders, and identifying Microsoft process/control issues highlighted through the audits within the region. The position will also own the global audit program for the assigned partner types, update the programs for emerging risks/scenarios and business program changes and serve as the subject matter expert for others in the team and the audit firms.
In addition to regional stakeholders, partners and the audit firms, you’ll also work closely with the regional Internal Audit team and multiple corporate teams such as the Office of Legal Compliance (OLC), the Global Compliance Deal Desk (HRDD), Partner Accountability Management (PAM), Sales Deal Execution Compliance (SDEC) and Partner Ecosystem Risk & Compliance (PERC).Responsibilities
