IPA acceleration Squad Lead – FIFM Risk
ING Bank N.V. is looking for a IPA acceleration squad lead within the Transformation team , which is part of Financial Institutions/Financial Markets (FIFM) Risk Management. FIFM Risk is a global department within ING Wholesale Banking, responsible for product control and counterparty credit & market risk management. Within that scope, the Transformation Team is responsible for the overall IT Risk architecture used by the department including the future changes. The Transformation team itself is a small team of highly qualified professionals.

You'll work on solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the Risk organization, enabling ING to reach its data driven ambition. IPA (ING Pricing Architecture) is the target pricing and risk platform for FM. IPA Acceleration aims at achieving the goal of making IPA as the centralized pricing and risk system for Front office and Risk management (intraday and end of the day). As part of the IPA Acceleration initiative a centralized IPA Data & Reporting solution will be introduced covering the requirements of FO and Risk users.
You will lead a squad of Business Analysts and Testers representing the global userbase. Using your Risk experience you will focus on requirement setting, testing as well as assisting in the planning process and documentation. You will lead subprojects which are part of the overall IPA acceleration roadmap. As an expert, you have the necessary knowledge to act as a linking pin between the development and users.
