The Desktop SEM Global Technical Support (GTS) team is responsible for the technical support of an installed base of >3000 instruments worldwide. We provide second line support to distributors across the world as well as offer direct support to customers in the Netherlands and Germany. We are actively involved in New Product Introduction projects offering feedback and support in the development phase, we provide feedback on production and quality issues, and we execute Process and Product Continuous Improvement projects on our exciting and innovative microscopy products!
