Advising our highly valued Corporate Finance Food & Agriculture clients. As Associate Director your key responsibility is on managing and coordinating the origination process, relationship management, and leading and guiding your team by example.
Since you know how to connect, you lead by example by training and sharing knowledge & experience with your colleagues. By coordinating projects and prioritising workload you empower people to create high end client solutions.
In this role you will be of impact to our Food & Agriculture client relationships by analysing sector trends & developments and key clients and prospects’ needs.
By generating innovative corporate finance initiatives and sharing specific product and market knowledge in strategic meetings and transactions you are a valued partner for our clients in establish, grow and restructure their businesses.
Making a difference
As an Associate Director, you can make a difference by:
Creating financial analyses, modelling and valuation and supervising colleagues on these topics
Contributing to the origination of deals
Build relationships with senior management of key clients
Closely cooperating and liaising with colleagues from other Corporate Finance departments of the organisation
Liaising and with stakeholders including clients advisors, lawyers, accountants and other counterparties
Guiding and advising Analysts & Associates in designing well-argued and structured presentations
Contributing to market and product research, sector deep dives and various sorts of analysis for current and potential Rabobank clients

Around six years of relevant job experience
Experience in relevant extra-curricular activities
Bachelor’s degree at University level (Master’s degree in Europe)
Good command of the English language is required, while another (European) language is looked upon favourable

A gross monthly salary based on salary scale 10 between €5000,- and €7100;
A thirteenth month and holiday pay;

A personal budget that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career;

A pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3,5%.
