In this role, you have the opportunity to
Influence how we use Data to improve the outcome of our therapies? Why should we work on specific initiatives and why should we drop others? How can data help us to improve the patient experience?
As the Business Analyst you will work closely with our business and our customers around the world to brainstorm on new ideas, build use-cases with their value propositions, get clarity on business requirements and needs and with that help prioritizing the Data Transformation project portfolio.
Your knowledge about our therapies and procedures makes you a valuable and trusted sparring partner. Once you have a clear understanding on what we need to work on you will work with your peers in the Data Transformation team to get the right Data and Solutions in place.
You are responsible for
Continuously communicates with stakeholders; understanding their needs and expectations; addressing issues as they occur; managing conflicting interests; and fostering appropriate stakeholder engagement in portfolio decisions and activities.
Aligns strategic portfolio components (Sub portfolios; Cluster/Business level programs, initiatives, projects, and operations) with organizational strategic objectives, goals
Ensures maximum value of the portfolio (incl lifecycle) by optimizing the cost-benefit ratio of individual components. Value also in line with Quadruple Aim and ensuring right mix across horizons (focus horizon (2) Strategic Plan and (3) 3-5 Year Vision), while linking them to new business models including solutions and IVP’s.

Organizes, owns, and facilitates the IGT Cluster Data Portfolio Board
You are a part of
You will be one of the first members of the new Data team we are building in IGT. You will have the unique opportunity to help us shape and build this team.
The direct reporting line is to the IGT Data Transformation Leader.
In this role you will collaborate with a broad diversity of people, internally with scientist, marketeers, clinical experts, etc. in the IGT business and externally with our partners in the hospitals for the co-creation initiatives.
You work with your peers in other clusters and functions to ensure cross-cluster alignment.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree, global equivalent or higher degree)
Typically 6+ years of professional business experience
Works with high level of autonomy and takes ownership to influence decision making as appropriate
Continuous improvement experience
Change management and adoption experience
Is known internally as an expert in specific area of expertise, preferably in the healthcare space
Challenges the status quo and find ways to improve and implement
Demonstrates mature analytical skills and robust problem-solving
Fluently in English
