Customer Success Consultant: POS

All about the role

As our Customer Success Consultant, you will play a key role in the POS Solutions team, working with JET EPOS – our cloud-based restaurant management system – to support our partner restaurants in the Netherlands. By providing them with cutting-edge software solutions, you can help our partners to grow, boost profits and take total control of their operations.

Your main goal will be to manage a call file of JET EPOS partners, enhancing and optimising the user experience for this system. That includes overseeing the day-to-day and strategic management of restaurant partner relationships, using data to identify key opportunities and highlight any risks.

To ensure we deliver customer success, you will also:

  • Take overall responsibility for restaurant partners using our POS
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling projects with the goal to increase profits on top of core products
  • Work closely and collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of the food delivery & dining sectors and relevant trends
  • Provide 2nd line support, offering product/technical assistance, training & feature adoption
  • Identify at-risk partner restaurants who are likely to churn and proactively reach out to ensure they stay active partners
Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Service/Success is plus
  • Hospitality experience or knowledge of the EPOS space/restaurant industry
  • Some knowledge of iOS, Android and internet solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
  • Technical and mobile-savvy – comfortable working with computers, digital hardware & software updates
  • Empathy for customers and a willingness to help them fix any problems
  • A detail-focused & organised approach, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple customers and tasks
  • Able to remain flexible and adjust to the changing needs of our growing global business
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
