German Speaking Customer Service Agent

Hi there! Are you a customer-oriented, communicative strong and energetic person and do you want to get started? Do you always go the extra mile and do you like to make customers happy? Then stop looking, we have the ideal job for you! At Minpex we are immediately looking for a new German-speaking full-time Customer Service Agent (40 hours) at our spacious and modern office in Zwanenburg.

Our company – who we are:

We are Minpex, a wholesaler specialized in supplying sustainable alternatives for your favorite Apple products, namely refurbished iPhones. Minpex started out as a supplier of high-quality parts for the telecom repair market and we now deliver throughout Europe. We use these parts to refurbish Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and iMacs. Our customers are repair shops, smartphone/parts retailers and companies from other industries. We strive to provide only the highest quality products and we are continuously improving and expanding our range. We are growing fast from our spacious office in Zwanenburg and that is why we need you!

The job – what you are going to do:

As a Customer Service Agent, you are happy to help customers with all their questions, problems or complaints. You are responsible for various activities related to customer service. In addition, your working day as a Customer Service Agent is different every day. You are the contactperson for our customers!

Your main tasks are:

  • The overall customer experience will be in your hands! You always ensure that the customer is being helped by the right person within the organization;
  • You answer questions from consumers and (potential) business customers both by telephone and by e-mail. In addition, you often communicate with customers via ticket systems;
  • You look for the perfect solution for every problem and with this you ensure that the customer hangs up the phone satisfied. You make sure that a good customer relationship is maintained;
  • During the above tasks, you process the necessary administrative data from the customer and you make any adjustments to the orders placed.

Your knowledge & experience – what you bring:

  • You are customer-friendly and service-oriented;
  • You radiate positivity and enthusiasm;
  • Work experience in customer service is a plus;
  • You have good knowledge and command of the English and German language in word and writing. Another additional language such as Dutch/French is a plus;
  • You are flexible, you have strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality;
  • You are available for 40 hours a week and work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 o’clock at the office.
