IT Application Officer

The role:

We are looking for someone with passion for the profession and who sets high quality requirements for their solutions. Someone who has solid experience with the support of operational applications and end users, and who can make the translation of business questions into functional and / or technical solutions. It is important that you are able to think and collaborate with colleagues, give functional / technical advice and proposals for the needs in our organization. You are able to explain complex functional / technical matters easily and in a communicative manner.

You will be responsible for:

• Need to learn and understand the tools and applications inside and out, able to guide our business partners on 'what's possible' to support their visions
• Continuous development and optimization of processes and tools - participation in critical projects to help test and validate the new functionalities in the systems to ensure stability and quality during and after go-live moments
• Collaborating closely with internal business stakeholders and external development partners;
• Define, document and maintain system manuals and routines involved to ensure stability and quality of systems
• Proactively suggesting possible changes and optimizations in the process, tools and systems
