In this role, you have the opportunity to
Gain experience in the field of Sales Operations and Enablement for the Services business of Digital Pathology;
You will get familiarized with New Product Introduction activation plans in global markets focusing on pricing aspects coupled with the creation and deployment of configure and price tools as well as quoting processes. You will also learn about funnel management and tracking of commercial opportunities gaining insights into the management of service commercial KPIs.
You are responsible for
Creation, management and global deployment of localized service contract configure and pricing Excel tool for NPIs (New Produc Intriductions)
Orchestrating and monitoring the account set-up and training of Business Marketing Managers, Sales Managers and Account Managers in salesforce.com (SFDC) for service opportunity management.
Understanding & improving the service contract quoting process in markets
Tracking, analyzing and reporting service commercial KPIs out of SFDC
Creation and deployment of transactional Net Promoter Score survey reflecting customer satisfaction.
You are a part of
The Service and Solutions Delivery team of Precision Diagnosis Solutions Business (BG PDS). The BG provides integrated solutions for our customers with a focus on oncology. The integrated solutions follow the care path of the patients of our customers. With a strong focus on software, workflow and AI enabled clinical analysis and decision support, our team is striving to help our customers improve on the Quadruple Aim. You will be reporting DCP S&SD Lead (Digital & Computational Pathology and Services & Solution Delivery). You will be working at our offices based in Best (nearby Eindhoven).
Due to the current COVID19 situation, we do support working from a home based situation. In the event that the management guidelines will allow us to return to the offices, your Philips mentor will inform you.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
Experience with SFDC (salesforce.com) preferably in the domain of opportunity management & creation of reports.
Knowledge in the dynamics of pricing in relation to cost, willingness to pay and profitability
Ability to develop strong cross-functional collaboration with colleagues within the business and within the market,
Team player and pro-active behavior, pragmatic and hands-on attitude
Globally fluent English, and able to function effectively across cultures;
Ability to work in multinational environment with strong communication skills able to execute by convincing and mobilizing people
