You are obsessed with data, lots of them. You understand where data live and how they should be treated. In HR, data are as reliable as the (SOX) controls you have in place to ensure data accuracy. You coordinate the work needed to drive data accuracy and related analysis & controls. You also understand how data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) protect our teams and organization and partner with our DPO to embed these in our processes and systems.
You are the spider in this web. You coordinate and analyze data accuracy with our HR operations & payroll teams across the globe and work with other internal stakeholders to drive controls, audits, and compliance with privacy regulations. Internal stakeholders include our HR teams, Risk & control, BI and Analytics team, and privacy ambassadors. You will also work closely with our DPO Office, taking their direction on policy and standards.
