As a Finance Innovation Analyst you'll drive improvements of existing processes and continuously originate new possible innovations across the CFO department. You'll identify and assess digital solutions and applications required to achieve strategic goals & capture new automation opportunities. You'll oversee adherence and embedding of transformation initiatives in daily operations and safeguard continuity. Within the team there are multiple specialisms, your focus will be on RPA solutions and supporting the CFO with regard to ad hoc projects and stakeholder communication.
Next to that, there can be asked for your support with:
Analytical and business modelling support in new business development initiatives and strategic trajectories, working closely with business teams and corporate finance partners;
Support to develop and implement a strong analyses capability that can support activities (Strategy, Spectrum auction) across all phases of the opportunity lifecycle and help generate greater value from the transactions and investments we execute.
Within the Finance transformation and innovation department we embrace continuous improvement through transformation & innovation initiatives across all CFO departments. We drive pragmatic execution of finance digitization (robots, processes, tools) and safeguard its continuity. Next to that, we act as direct support team to the CFO and build the bridge between all management teams and other stakeholders regarding important finance topics. We lead events and drive the finance internal communication. And last but not least: We partner in management decision making. We are an one-stop-shop for support in (financial) analyses and modelling including business valuation, spectrum valuation and other business opportunities.
What do you bring?
As a person you are highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial. You are proven energetic, self-starting and have a "can do" approach with strong interest in industry developments. Next to that, you have:
A Masters' degree;
A minimum of 2 years' experience in consultancy, change management or another relevant field;
Knowledge of operating finance systems, tools and processes are a helpful addition to your profile;
And you bring the following skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly simplify complicated structures & processes;
Project execution skills and collaboration;
Business partnering skills.
