In this role, you have the opportunity to make the difference in Philips business transformation and continuous operations on data design and governance, by acting as the recognized expert for data models, value sets, compliance and standardization requirements and controls in the consumer area you are responsible for.
You will bring a strong data domain knowledge and expertise connecting with Business Process Experts to design and maintain scalable, consistent and simplified data models, and connecting with IT to deliver on its execution and with the business to ensure the standardization and compliance controls are observed.
Your work will contribute directly to securing End-to-End data integrity cross processes and IT landscape through adequate data and process standardization.
Your experience with AI/ML and predictive analytics helps us envision the evolution to unleash the power of data in the Digital domain for Philips.

The scope of the Platform Digital Customer Engagement consists of all IT activities related to the Digital Customer Engagement processes and capabilities. These activities are executed across Philips. Next to that the central User Experience capabilities are positioned in this platform. Under the global platform leader Digital Customer Engagement, the organization is delivering via 4 business facing tribes where the tribe leader is responsible for both the business engagement for the respective area as well as the DevSecOps cycle. The Platform Digital Customer Engagement holds the following tribes: Direct to Consumer (D2C), Direct to Business (D2B), Digital Platform (DP), Digital Services.
This role is part of the Tribe Digital Platform
The DP tribe will broadly align with the scope of the DP tribe within the Digital Marketing & eCommerce setup. As part of this Tribe, enterprise information management activities are delivered related to the entire Marketing & eCommerce organization such as Clik reporting, our consumer database as well as the setup of new data lakes for consumer and customer. The team will also provide analytical support to the business. The entire organization will operate in a full DevSecOps model.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Has a clear interest in understanding consumer behavior, and being passionate about health data is a plus
Has significant experience working in advanced analytics (AIML) projects
Is comfortable prioritizing work across multiple requests and stakeholders to ensure that they have the greatest impact to the business.
Loves to be self-motivated and diving into projects while always looking to innovate and deliver more impact
