As a Reservations Executive you will work in a dynamic and enthusiastic team, reporting to the Reservations Supervisor.
The Reservations team is responsible for all incoming reservations requests, both written as verbal, for both individual and group reservations. The successful candidate will be highly representative and will show a commercial and service oriented attitude.
The Reservations team is also responsible for back-office tasks to ensure an impeccable preparation of the guests stay, whether it's for an individual guest or for a group. The successful candidate will therefore also have good organisational skills and will be able to work in a structured manner. Impeccable service ethics and attention to detail is essential to ensure the client / customer experience.
