DA Internship: Human Resources for Domestic Appliances

Job Description

Start date: July/ August 2021

Duration: 6 months. The ability to extend the internship up to a maximum of 12 months.

We are able to support with a thesis. In case we do enable you this thesis option, we do require you to work min 32 hours on the projects and a max of 8 hours per week on your thesis.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Support and execute projects in close partnership with a group of professionals from both HR and the departments you will support. You will work on initiatives with a real impact and have the chance to learn and develop in a dynamic and diverse environment.

You are responsible for

  • You will support and/ or lead several HR projects (e.g. data analytics/ reporting/ renewing of job profile updates/ talent review);
  • Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, communication, information) and organization;
  • Planning, coordinating and tracking small (sub)projects, which are mainly HR-focused

You are a part of

A team of HR project managers and other interns working within HR for DA. All the colleagues work on different projects and for different functions.

Due to the current COVID19 situation, we do support you working from home. Depending on the rules and conditions, we might be able to grand you visit our offices.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your Master in Sciences degree at a University in Sciences in Human Resources, Work and Organizational Psychology, Psychology or any other People/Business related Master.
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective stakeholder management/ communication
  • Excel/ Data analytics experience
  • Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is preferred.
