We are currently looking to add an energetic, ambitious professional to be part of our Business Development team, who will hunt for new clients in line with our vertical market-focus, qualify job leads, before working with the Consultant team to introduce them to the client. This is a fast-paced role where you will support a team of up to 3 Consultants at one time, manage your time effectively and spend the majority of time cold-calling and keeping in touch with repeat clients.

- It is essential that you speak both Dutch and English, fluently.
- Furthermore it would be useful (but not necessary) if you are fluent in another language - German, French, Italian, Spanish or a Scandinavian language.
- You must have 2-3 years B2B Sales experience, preferably in lead-generation and acquisition for example;
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment, either as a Business Development, or 360 recruitment Consultant;
- Comfortable with cold-calling on a daily basis, sending proposals and recruitment tenders to Clients, maintaining a proper record on the company CRM system;
- You are a good commercial communicator, confident with communicating to C-Level and are very-well organised;
- Confident in supporting a Consultant team of 3 and you can manage your time effectively;
- You are a self-starter, money-motivated and a key team-player!
- As standard, you will have a great personality, an interesting party-piece and as standard you get on well within a diverse team!
- You must be based in the Netherlands and willing to travel as the role dictates - however this role will mostly be based in the Amsterdam HQ
