Internship Marketing Transformation in Change & Communications

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Learn and develop yourself by being part of a global change program team, who focuses on driving the change and communications of the Philips Marketing Transformation worldwide. This role will enable you to learn all about the company and gain professional hands-on working experience in the field of Change Management, Communications and Marketing.

You are responsible for

  • Support the build out and delivery of a global change communications strategy
  • Create content for internal comms (meetings, Yammer, intranet)
  • Help develop executive presentations as part of our program
  • Assist the team with theming, branding, and visuals and updates for our internal website (SharePoint) and social media channel (Yammer)
  • Support the wider Change Management approach (eg. workshops design, adoption analysis)

You are a part of

The Marketing Transformation team, which is part of the Global Marketing & E-commerce function. Team facilitates adoption of the newly defined marketing capabilities within Philips to ensure that Philips has best-in-class marketing function in both B2B and B2C domains.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Proficient in using MS Office 365 Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Strong communicator who can translate information from multiple sources and present your findings in a crisp and clear manner
  • Strong eye for branding and design
  • Ability to work accurately and independently focused on the detail
  • Fast and eager learner who is self-motivated
  • Working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Finalizing a Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Communications, Marketing
  • Team player and networker
  • Native or near native English speaker
