Interim HR Adviseur

At Hunkemöller, the interim HR business partner is responsible for the Human Resources activities in our Retail organization, focused on our employees in stores. For us, HR is about serving the needs of the business whilst remaining customer focused. Underpinning all of this is the desire to create a great place to work for our employees.

As our interim HR Advisor you will be part of a passionate & international team. You'll be driven to grow the capability and HR knowledge of our managers and employees. At the moment this relates to our Sales Managers including Store Employees. The role requires a results driven individual with a senior HR attitude, who can support the day to day business.

Our perfect candidate is a successful HR professional in a high paced, multi-site environment in the retail industry and/or service industry, preferably within an international setting, managing lots of different stakeholders, tasks and priorities.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Creating an even better HR focus at ground level and be a 100% respected HR business partner

  • Working closely with your key contacts to create a great place to work, give world class service to our customers and deliver results

  • Being the HR expert on the labour market, legal & remuneration issues, development and support in talent & performance management

  • Improving ways of working within HR; with the focus on improving customer service, employer branding, building brand ambassadors and creating a great place to work instead of 'traditional HR practices''

  • Working closely with your business partners in order to bring their teams to a higher level instead of simply fulfilling an operational role

The Perfect candidate needs to be a Hunkemöller brand ambassador & fan with…

  • Minimum of 3 years+ experience as an HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner in a multi site business

  • HBO/Bachelors/Masters work level

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch

  • Experience in retail, hospitality or other service industry. Customer focused.

  • The ability to deal with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities

  • Ideally gained experience already within international HR systems, such as HR People Soft, Workday or similar programs

Personality

  • You are a hands-on, inspirational HR partner who is energetic and pro-active

  • Your energy and your ‘can do' personality is contagious and makes you somebody you want to be around with.

  • You're able to work with real independence and understand complex assignments

  • The work environment is high paced and therefore you need to be structured, determined, persuasive and a good communicator. You'll need to be able to deliver without detailed instructions
