You are responsible for
Working together with a wide range of internal stakeholders to produce creative employee communications, such as news articles and videos
Assisting in the coordination of different internal events
Monitoring our internal social media platform
Pulling monthly analytics reports on employee engagement
You are a part of
The global employee communications team. The communications team helps employees to understand the organization's vision, values, and culture and it keeps staff informed on important decisions taken by management and on organizational changes.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Currently studying towards your Master or Bachelor in Communications or Marketing & Communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent networking/social skills
Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
Fluent in oral and written English
