In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Service & Solutions team in all its aspects with a focus on New business models and IoT. You will learn more about how new business models are created, how we embrace consumer centricity for IoT but also look at the consumer data. Follow through your work, whilst being part of a rapidly developing team, and finally have a hands-on mentality in order to give support to the Services & Solutions team.

You are responsible for
Assist intheend-to-enddevelopment and introduction of new-to-Philips propositions and initiatives that will helppeople enjoy their coffee where they want, how they want.
Help in translate market and consumer insights and analyses to optimize and validate new initiatives and concepts
Support operations of the subscription program in Coffee
Analyze new business models in the market from Philips and competitors
Support program on exploring for new services & solutions
Support operations of the Connected Coffee program
Support in the identification of new opportunities to increase the consumer lifetime value
Helping BU coffee to move to a more agile environment
You are a part of
You will be part of the Coffee team in Amsterdam, reporting to the Solutions & Services manager in Coffee. The Coffee marketing team is a dedicated group of Consumer Marketers within the Business Group Domestic Appliances. Next to your R&D partners (engineering, product research, and design) in Gaggio and Drachten, you will be working in a network of stakeholders based in both the Netherlands and in the countries. Our team drives on how to increase the lifetime value of the consumers in Philips, to strengthen the relationship with them in changing times around consumer demand. We would do this via subscriptions, service offering, and our connected appliances in Coffee.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master student in Product Management/ Product Marketing with high interest in UX Design
Pragmatic with a strong affinity with IoT (internet of things) and new business models
Analytical thinking andstrong/advanced excel skills
Strong knowledge of the global online landscape
Creative, able to think “out of the box” and problem solver.
Knowledge or interest in digital product development or UX development.
Has great qualities for project & time management involving stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds and expertise.
Language required: English
