Hospital Account Manager (40 hours),

Objective of the job, you have responsibility over the whole sales process within the territory. This function is aimed at developing new customers with a defined market segment, with a view to establishing a strong presence in the market securing revenues streams for the long term. You will work closely together with the peer colleagues (EMEA organisation) to establish/maintain a strong interlinked Sales team.
Your most important duties (you do have more responsibility’s):
make sure the customers are satisfied, listen to them, take action where necessary and provide solutions;
prepare, elaborate and effectively execute the account plans, including clinical support activities;
make sure you keep abreast of developments within your field of work;
manage, coordinate and supervise the assigned hospital accounts (prospects and customers) so that the account management objectives will be achieved;
realize your goals by working together with colleagues from other departments.
Job requirements, you:
you live in the south of the Netherlands, because that is where your customers will be;
must have 3+ years of professional hospital account manager (or similar function) experience;
have a broad knowledge of the medical market;
are in possession of at least an HBO diploma;
say what you do and do what you say;
are resistant to stress, keeps it realistic, but optimistic outlook for the future when faced by adversity; accepts the consequences of difficult decisions and learns from mistakes.
