- MBO diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably MHS/HHS or tourism education;
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience;
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), Dutch knowledge has a big preference;
- Knowledge of Opera is a plus;
- You are willing to work night shifts occasionally;
- You are representative and have a sparkling personality;
- You are stress resistant, guest-oriented and flexible;

As Service Desk Agent you are responsible for all kinds of Front Office related work, such as the check in and – out of the guests, providing guests with information and personal service. Furthermore you will be answering phone calls and you will be upselling extra rooms and packages. You are proactive in improving the service and the procedures.
