Job role responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef;
- Manage, train, coach and inspire employees in the kitchen;
- Plan, develop and implement departmental goals in consultation with the Executive Chef;
- With the Executive Chef you are responsible for creating an innovative and inspiring food and beverage (F&B) offer for our meeting guests;
- Responsible for the breakfast quality set up and banqueting rooms;
- Arranging weekly F&B planning for meetings and events;
- Maintain desired culinary level of our restaurant concept as well as brand standards;
- Safeguard HACCP standards.
We are looking for talent that:
- Is a real food lover and loves to share passion for cooking with others;
- Loves to interact with guests (life cooking);
- Has work experience as a (Junior) Sous Chef in the kitchen department (preferably in the hospitality);
- Has a good command of English (preferably also Dutch);
- Is able to handle stressful situations;
- Is able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays (flexibility).

Main role and objectives:
As Sous Chef Breakfast & Banqueting you will be part of the kitchen team in our great restaurant and banqueting facilities, which also has a life cooking kitchen. You will maintain the desired culinary level of the breakfast restaurant and your aim is to bring the banqueting drink and food experience of our guests to the next level! As a Sous Chef you will lead and inspire a passionate team, maximise guest satisfaction and realise growth potential.
