Quality Business Excellence Manager

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Play a key role in our Domestic Appliances business, helping to measure and drive our business and quality performance, and supporting improvement initiatives to transform our organization and processes.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the Q&R business excellence team
  • Leading the critical transformation or initiatives
  • Tracking Performance metrics – ensure timely reporting of key performance metrics for monthly reporting
  • Together with the Q&R leaders defining the relevant performance criteria (metrics) for Q&R processes and results including the different Q&R domains (product quality, QMS, regulatory affairs, global as well as country specific)
  • Leading in creating product quality improvement plans in cooperation with all quality teams
  • Measuring the effectiveness of quality improvements
  • Leading in quality transformation initiatives (e.g. process improvements, competence developments, digital program, etc.)
  • Tracking the progress of the transformation initiatives on a weekly and monthly basis, including reporting to relevant stakeholders

You are a part of

The DA Q&R team, reporting to the Q&R Program Manager, working together with several quality sites around the globe, different functions, and all markets. You will therefore have contacts globally and work with many different cultures.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical area (physics, engineering, science, mathematics)
  • 5-10 years’ experience in product quality within a regulated industry
  • Must be data driven, experience in KPI reporting, monitoring quality metrics
  • Project management experience
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
