Play a key role in driving change and adoption of the new ways of working for the Philips Transformation into a solutions Healthcare provider. You will have the opportunity to focus on increasing the change maturity level and driving impact within key areas in the organization.
You are responsible for
Increase organizational Change Management capability.
Support the coordination and preparation of the global change management training to leaders, change implementers and people leaders.
Co-deliver the Train the Trainer for new internal change mgt trainers.
Effective change management in transformation programs and in the businesses/markets/functions:
Conduct conditions for success peer reviews and support in areas for improvement;
Support in best practice sharing and cont improvement on the methodology;
Hands-on change mgt support for important initiatives.
Support in establishing an active global Community of Practice.
You are a part of
The Transformation Expert is part of the global Change Management Practice, one of seven Philips Excellence Practices within Business Transformation.
To accelerate the Philips Transformation into a HealthTech leader, Philips Excellence Practices have been set-up as part of Business Transformation. Your focus will be on increasing the change maturity level and driving impact within key areas in the organization. You will closely work together with the Change Management Practice team members as well as wider Change Management Community such as the program Change Managers and Transformation Specialists. You will report into the global Change Management Practice Leader.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
This position requires a strong, hands-on personality with excellent facilitation skills and a minimum of 6-10 years change management experience within multinational(s) and fast changing environments.
Somebody who has a natural tendency to team-up (‘servant leadership’) and work with dedication and passion.
Deep experience in managing large-scale change / adoption / transition;
Proven experience as a dedicated change manager role for large-scale transformation program
Experience in applying change management methodologies
Strong ability to influence and work with stakeholders at different levels as well as facilitating leadership sessions;
Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills;
Ability to challenge whilst coaching and guiding to be more change effective;
Experience in business transformation and/or consultancy is an advantage.
Agile change management experience is an advantage.
