Bedrijf: Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam.
Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic positioning and logical sales alignment of the two Leonardo Hotels in Amsterdam
  • Customer acquisition and sustainable maintenance of known contacts
  • Reaching and support of new businesses
  • Independent strategic planning, development of creative support strategies and activity monitoring - ensuring the achievement of sales targets
  • Taking care of your key accounts and conducting contract negotiations
  • Motivating and developing leadership of your ambitious team
  • Planning and self-responsible implementation of sales trips, telemarketing campaigns and sales promotions with your team
  • Constant follow-up and involvement in the creation, evaluation and maintenance of sales statistics and reports
  • Representation of Leonardo Hotels at fairs, workshops and events
  • Consultation with the General Manager and the Head Office
  • Contribution to the preparation of the forecasts and the sales plans
  • Active market observation to derive sales strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with CI and a similar external impact
  • Reporting to General Manager, Vice President Sales & Marketing Europe and Head of Corporate & MICE
Your Experience
  • Several years of practical, professional sales experience with active leadership experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Mastery of business management in hotel sales
  • Strong communication skills, confident appearance and negotiating skills
  • Sales-oriented thinking
  • Enjoying dealing with customers, guests and an international group of colleagues
  • Committed and Independent, self directed style of work
  • High flexibility, excellent team working and willingness to travel
  • Car driver's license is an advantage
  • Dutch is essential
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • confident in using the usual MS office programs
