We are looking for a Order Administrator for a to be set up Dutch office of an American e-commerce company. Are you a problem solver and someone who takes initiative? Someone who some people call a control freak? Then we've got the job for you!

The Order Administrator day to day job entails the following;

  • You work with tools of Mastercard and Visa to effectively monitor possible fraudulent use of Commercial Credit Cards;
  • Accessing and interpreting Creditcard information;
  • Initiate request for refund of fees with supervisory approval;
  • Tracking check orders;
  • Closing existing accounts when requested;
  • Transaction responsibilities
  • Performing related account functions.

You will be part of the start of a new office within an International organization. The salary will be between €2000 and €2500 gross per month based on 40 hours.


The Order Administrator we are looking for has the following criteria;

  • Able to demonstrate basic administration or technical skills/knowledge in relevant areas;
  • Ability to adhere to policies and procedures of transfers;
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage all tasks on time and keep records;
  • Experience with credit card processes;
  • You are able to prioritize, organize & manage time efficientely;
  • Attention to detail is critical;
  • Accountsreceivable;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Intermediate vocational education;
