Define the product roadmap with a time horizon of 1-3 year for an innovative product range with partly new functionality and technologies. To define proposals for the mid term marketing strategy. To translate the midterm product roadmap into concrete product specifications. To implement the medium term business plans, goals and product roadmap. To manage a group of Product Managers.
You are responsible for
Marketing Plan and Execution
Supporting the Business by providing market insights, Business specific Customer Insights and the Business trends within International. Represents International in the review off the value proposition and global plans in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Local Launch Brief);
Leading a team of Business Marketing managers to create the Marketing Plan for International and support de development of marketing plans in Market;
Defining, prioritizing and providing a consolidated overview of opportunities to increase adoption, NPI launches, registrations and focuscountries within International;
Understanding the segmentation and key requirements of value space from clinical, medical and health economic perspective through BG, BMC and customer engagements;
Supporting the Market Business Marketing & Sales Leader in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions);
Driving the Business specific execution of the Devices Marketing Plan and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans;
Establishing, maintaining and expanding the International KOL and COE network within international and collaborating on key innovation projects;
Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services and provides consolidated overview towards the BU;
Planning, driving and executing local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy;
Commercial plan to succesfully integrate Intact and develop the business.
Marketing Sales Support
Leading a team of 4 Product managers as point of contact and “go to” resource for Market sales leaders Devices for background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities;
Leading Marketing activities and supports Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads/ prospects;
Providing markets with continues clinical insights, translated into comprehensive messages for the sales people;
Defining the Clinical Education needs for training the field on the utilization & clinical value of new products;
Supporting product managers and sales teams during customers visits and demonstration at exhibition;
Creating assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with market Marketing operations for localisation;
Capturing, assessing, and acting on win/loss analysis.
You are a part of
The international Marketing and Education team for Image-Guided Therapy Devices. You are reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Education.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Team player with excellent leadership qualities.
Deep market knowledge of healthcare business, preferable in devices to be able to develop the business; new business models (i.e. services, subscriptions) and digital, online & offline channel mix.
Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports.
Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean.
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function.
Ability to influence.
Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus.
Understands and manages P&L including revenue & margin management.
Responsible to grow and develop a business volume €135M - €140M.
