In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of a cutting edge spend management organization which aims to drive innovation and productivity (in non-product related spend) across Philips. You will pro-actively support the execution of the Spend Management program by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on procurement or commodity cluster performance as well as implementing the Spend Management Control framework.
You are responsible for
Regularly interacts with senior management on Spend Productivity
Analyzing spend management performance across business, markets and functions. (e.g. Monthly performance, Annual Operating Plan)
Understanding the Business, Market and Function strategies, and relating this to their third-party spend strategy
Link initiative impact to the bottom line of Businesses, Markets and Functions
Improving ways of working related to methods, systems and tools
Ensuring performance is mapped to both Procurement and Finance enabling one language
Ensuring compliance to Philips standard processes applicable for Spend Management
You are a part of

You will be joining a highly motived, experienced and dedicated global team; frequently working with different countries, cultures and time zones.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years of related experience, preferably with > 2 year experience in Finance functions
You are able to run a Financial Performance cycle (AOP, forecasts, strategic plans) within a Business, Market, or Function
Advanced business analytics skills with strong track record in driving actions from data
Ability to build strong business cases for internal use and convince stakeholders to take action
Strategy and Leadership
You apply critical thinking enabling you to work productively with immediate colleagues of the role
You demonstrate an ability to change the perspectives and actions of others
Stakeholder management and Communication
You have outstanding business acumen and communication skills
You are customer oriented able to identify the needs of your stakeholders and how to meet them
You are able to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
