What you will be doing as our Online Sales Advisor

In your role as Online Sales Advisor, you will attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggest information about other products and services, process orders, prepare correspondences, proactively follow up on leads and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction with an ultimate goal of converting the lead to a sale.

You will become part of our success working with a committed and tight-knit team focusing on great experience, lead optimization, conversion and establishing a world class customer satisfaction.

  • Promote, support and drive Online Sales
  • Proactively Identify and assess customers' needs  and set the basis for the sales funnel  in CRM system.
  • Actively recommend cars upsell ancillaries and other options . 
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Manage the Online Sales funnel and administration involved to complete the sale
  • Deliver the required  purchase agreement to the customer and instruct for all the necessary formalities for tax and registration
  • Check the payment from customer to initiate the delivery activity
  • Understand be up to date with CN offering (ancillaries, availably stock, promotions, campaigns market situation ,and programs running)
  • Support customer on requests pre-and post-sale.
  • Stakeholder management (actively flagging issues to internal stakeholders)
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information (SF)

Who are you

  • Secondary education degree (MBO) / Bachelor degree (HBO)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Fluent in Dutch speaking and writing and a good command of the English Language
  • Energetic, Self-organized, proactive, hands-on mentality, well communicative and a good sense of humor
